Adam Harden is a founding principal of SoHo Capital, a Tampa-based firm that specializes in the acquisition and development of mixed-use, residential, retail, office and industrial properties. SoHo Capital is a boutique private equity and development company engaged in acquisition, master planning, entitlement, horizontal development, public private partnerships, governmental development agreements, brownfield remediation, wetland mitigation, greenbelt consulting and other aspects of the development process.
Over the past 12 years, SoHo Capital has assembled key sites and entitled over 600,000 square feet of commercial/industrial projects, 1million square feet of office space, 500,000 square feet of retail, and 4,000 residential units. SoHo Capital’s portfolio of projects includes the Heights in Tampa’s urban core, a 50-acre, 2.2 million-square-foot urban mixed use development on the Hillsborough River. Adam is a certified general contractor (FL# 1512364), and spent the early part of his career as a homebuilding executive.
