Patrons seeking to claim their lost bike must make an appointment with HART safety staff. To make an appointment, please call (813) 384-6301, during regular business hours only (Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). When calling Lost and Found, please leave your name and phone number. Bicycles left unclaimed for more than 90 days will be donated to nonprofit organizations at HART discretion in accordance with State of Florida statute #705.204.  ​​

Please contact HART Lost and Found at 813-384-6301. Think you lost it on a HART bus? Please wait to call until 10 a.m. the following morning. Our cleaning crews usually turn in any lost fare cards by that time.

+- Where can I get a bus schedule?
HART bus schedules can be found online and at HART facilities. The HART Route Schedule Book, is updated three times a year and features maps and schedules for all HART routes. The schedule book can be purchased at HART facilities for $2.00.
+- What route goes to where?
You can use the HART Trip Planner, or, for immediate assistance, call HART Customer Service at 813-254-4278. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 6 a.m. - 8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday - 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
+- Are there any days that HART buses don't run?
No. HART service currently operates seven days a week, every day of the year.
+- How do I make sure the operator notices me?
When the bus approaches, stand up in front of the shelter and make a waving gesture for the operator to see you. At night, if you have a small flashlight, or even the light from your phone will help make sure the operator can see you better. If you are not sure if the bus has come or not, please call us at 813-254-4278 or consult OneBusAway Tampa for real-time information.

- Local Route Service
These are your typical, frequent stop bus service. Local routes are priced $2.00 for a standard one-way ticket, or $4.00 for a 1-day pass.
- Limited Express
The service offers limited stops in comparison to local route service, but too many stops to be considered Commuter Express service. Limited Express routes are priced the same as local route bus service ($2.00 for a standard one-way ticket).
- Commuter Express
This is a limited stop service that operates during morning and evening commutes. Commuter Express features less stops than Limited Express and Local service. A one-way Commuter Express ticket is $3.00 with a 1-day Express pass at $6.00.

- How do I retrieve a lost item?
Call 813-384-6301, or visit Lost and Found located at the Sales and Services window at Marion Transit Center. Be ready to describe the item or provide proof/identification of ownership.
