Accessibility at HART

At Hillsborough Transit Authority (HART), our commitment to accessibility for all customers begins with this website and our efforts to ensure that all functions and content are usable by everyone.

We are continuously working toward meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA standards. These guidelines help make online content accessible to customers with sensory, cognitive, and mobility disabilities — and ultimately benefit all users, regardless of ability.

Our ongoing efforts are focused on making goHART.org as accessible as possible. HART welcomes feedback from customers on how we can continue to improve the accessibility of our website for all.

You can report an accessibility issue with our website, or provide ways to improve access, by emailing the HART Digital Accessibility Specialist at webaccessibility@gohart.org or contacting Customer Support at (813) 254-4278.
