Rena Upshaw-Frazier

Rena Upshaw–Frazier is an attorney, licensed real estate agent, and small business owner. She serves as the principal attorney at Rena Frazier Law PLLC, where she handles real estate and business–related legal matters, is the founder of Greycliff Interiors, LLC, a home staging and design company, and is a Realtor® with Allure Realty, LLC. She previously served as Chief of Policy and Communication at the Office of the State Attorney for the 13th Judicial Circuit and was formerly a partner at the national law firm Quarles & Brady, LLP. Rena is active in the Tampa Bay community, currently serving on a number of boards and organizations, including as a member of the St. Joseph’s–South Florida Baptist Hospital Board; a Commissioner, and former chair, on the Hillsborough County Commission on the Status of Women; a member of the University of South Florida’s Foundation Board; and as a founding member of the citizen-led transportation campaign initiative All for Transportation. She is also a former candidate for Florida State House of Representatives. Rena holds a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of South Florida and a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. Rena and her husband Anddrikk are the proud parents of four children, with their oldest daughter serving as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Air Force.
