Lena Petit, Director of Executive Office & Board Support

Lena is the strategic coordinator at HART. She supports top executives, manages deadlines, and ensures everything is handled according to policies and procedures. Lena oversees executive office operations, provides strategic support to the Board of Directors, and manages the public records system. Her responsibilities include coordinating executive activities, tracking deadlines, managing action items, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, helping the organization’s leadership achieve their goals.

Lena is a consummate reader; she loves to travel, and is a proud mom of two daughters and a 4-year-old golden retriever named Mr. Bear.
