Several area colleges and universities take part in the HART Adult Student Fare program by selling HART farecards to their students for a 25% discount. Discount student cards are only available for purchase at the following schools:

HART U-PASS PROGRAM

Plus, USF students can hop aboard for free. The HART U-Pass Program allows University of South Florida students to ride HART Local, Limited Express, and HARTFlex for free. Faculty and staff members can ride for 50 cents. Ride to campus, connect to the Bull Runner and get to class without worrying about where to park.

HILLSBOROUGH COMMUNITY COLLEGE SEMESTER PASS

The Hillsborough Community College (HCC) Semester Pass has transitioned to Flamingo Fares! HCC students can purchase a full semester pass for only $110. The pass provides students with four months of rides for roughly the price of two! Simply tap your Flamingo Fares card on the Flamingo reader upon boarding. HCC Students can purchase the Semester Pass at all HCC Bookstores and the Customer Service window at the Marion Transit Center or University Area Transit Center for verification of status and purchase the HCC Semester Pass.
