Justin Willits, Director of Planning and Scheduling
Justin is the puzzle solver. He oversees the creation of schedules, plans routes, and optimizes transit services to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. With over a decade of experience in Transportation Planning, Justin leads the Planning and Scheduling Department. He collaborates across agencies and jurisdictions throughout Tampa Bay, striving to provide reliable and innovative alternatives to auto travel. Justin started his career in consulting and has contributed to numerous Transit Master Plans, TDPs, safety reviews, and feasibility studies.
Justin enjoys water sports and is an avid bike rider. He commutes by bike and rides for recreation. He was also a bicycle courier in Washington, DC, delivering documents to the State Department and Congress.
